The cottage was absolutely delightful, tucked away in a picturesque village with easy parking. the rooms had low ceilings, typical of a 17th-century home, but were well-furnished and cozy. the kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and even had basic food provisions. the beds were super comfortable, and the shower was great. the owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. the peaceful countryside location and the option to bring dogs at no extra cost were a plus. a peaceful retreat with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Felt more than at home, no complaints whatsoever.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The picturesque village location is ideal, with easy parking. The owner is super helpful and quick to respond. The rooms may be small, but that's expected from a 17th-century home, and everything is spotlessly clean. The garden is perfect for sitting out, and they even allow pets at no extra cost! The beds are so comfy, and the shower is great. The modern kitchen has everything you could ever need, and they provide tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits! The silence is jaw-droppingly wonderful. There's even a bistro restaurant within walking distance, where the tapas selection is amazing, and the desserts are enormous! This quaint little cottage is absolutely perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cottage in a picturesque village. the owner, Lee, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. the rooms, although small with low ceilings, added to the charm of the 17th century home. the cottage was spotlessly clean and had all the modern amenities one could need, including a well-equipped kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and great shower. the peacefulness of the surroundings was truly wonderful, and the fenced-in garden was perfect for my dog. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits provided. Blackbird Cottage is a delightful gem in beautiful countryside, with friendly service and a bistro restaurant within easy walking distance. Cons: Nothing to dislike 😊.
